Health coaching is a collaborative process in which I work with you to identify concrete ways you can change your lifestyle to achieve better health.

Together, we will set and achieve health-related goals that fit your unique situation in life. Unlike most healthcare professionals, who give advice and disappear, I stick with you — to help troubleshoot problems, help you stay on track, and celebrate your accomplishments.

The end goal? Better health, more confidence, and a deeper understanding of who you are and how your brain and body work.
