Reclaim your body. Reclaim your brain. Reclaim your life.
Vi·tal·i·ty
Derived from the Latin vita, meaning “life;” our very life-force, our energy, our ability to carry on a meaningful and purposeful existence. The essence of who we are.
Reconnect with the real you.
Illness, traumatic events, exposures to toxins, and the daily challenges of life are written on our bodies. They separate us from our energy and our sense of self. They can leave us depleted — slow, tired, and wondering if how we feel is normal.
No matter our age, our brains are often the first to go. If you are finding it impossible to plan your days and get everything done — even the basics — you are not alone. Forgetting things, thinking slowly, feeling foggy-headed, and having trouble keeping things organized are common reactions to the many stressors we encounter in our everyday lives (it even happened to me).
Thankfully, our brains and our bodies have an amazing capacity to heal themselves. Anyone can learn to reconnect with their sense of vitality, think more clearly, and feel like themself again — including you.
What my clients are saying.
Protect your future.
It’s never too early to start taking care of your brain. Recent studies show a rapid increase in the rates of early onset Alzheimers — which affects patients between the ages of 30 and 44. Our brain is precious — it allows us to show up at work, at home, with family and in our daily activities in the way we need. A healthy brain allows us to tap into the sense of vitality we all deserve.
Like me, you might have a family history of dementia and be wondering what you can do to prevent that fate for yourself. We don’t always know when neurological problems will strike (they started for me at the age of 26!), but we CAN make changes now to prevent these problems in the future.
Trust me, you can have a different outcome. With new advances in research and medicine, dementia is NOT inevitable. Investing in your health now assures that you can show up for yourself and your loved ones in the future.

Hi, I’m Alix.
When my own health failed in 2018, I was forced to grapple with the fact that the medical system simply did not have any way to help.
Yes, they could prescribe me a list of medications to treat my symptoms, but they simply couldn’t explain why I was sick. And most of the time, they just didn’t seem to care.
I wanted to understand. Most of all, I wanted to know why my brain just didn’t seem to be working the way it used to. I desperately wanted to be able to think clearly and feel like myself again.
I soon came to realize that I was living in a “sick” house — where the constant exposure to mycotoxins from hidden mold was damaging my brain and body. With the source of my problems finally clear, I set off to find my own path back to health.
As I worked my way towards health, I discovered that we often need to think outside the box in order to become healthy and whole. I also learned — after seeing many others restore their vitality after years of illness — that anyone and everyone has the capacity to heal.
So, I know what its like to take a gigantic leap toward better health. It’s not easy, and it’s easily terrifying. That’s why it’s my priority to make all my clients feel secure and understood.
My goal is to help you learn to better know yourself, gain new tools for working through challenging moments, regain a sense of agency in your own life, and feel more vibrant, capable, and whole.
